1Overview

Omni Lead Media ("OLM," "we," "us," or "our") operates a performance marketing network that connects consumers with financial and legal services providers ("Buyers") through a network of independent publishers ("Publishers"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you:

Visit olmleads.com Submit an inquiry as a consumer Apply as a Publisher Use the Publisher portal

This policy does not cover the privacy practices of Publishers' own websites or of Buyers once a lead is delivered to them — each maintains its own privacy policy governing its handling of your information.

Information from website visitors

When you browse olmleads.com, we automatically collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and approximate location, typically through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 6.

3How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Match consumer leads with appropriate Buyers based on the information you provide;
  • Verify lead quality, detect fraud or duplicate submissions, and maintain compliance records;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including the Publisher portal and reporting tools;
  • Process Publisher payouts and manage Publisher accounts;
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry, application, account, or leads, including service and transactional messages;
  • Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Analyze aggregated, de-identified trends to improve vertical performance and Buyer matching.

4How we share information

We do not sell consumer information for money. We do share information as follows:

  • With Buyers: When you submit an inquiry as a consumer, your information is shared with the specific Buyer(s) matched to your request so they can contact you about the product or service you inquired about.
  • With Publishers: Publishers may receive status and payout information related to the leads they submitted (e.g., accepted/rejected status, payout amount) but do not receive other Publishers' consumer data.
  • With service providers: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud hosting, call tracking, analytics, and fraud prevention — bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • For legal reasons: We may disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, investigate fraud, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • Business transfers: Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5Consumer leads & consent

Your consent matters. Before your information is shared with a Buyer, you are shown a disclosure describing who may contact you, how (including by phone, SMS, or email — potentially using automated dialing or prerecorded messages), and for what purpose.

By submitting a form or providing your information through one of our Publisher partners' websites or call centers, you consent to be contacted by the Buyer(s) matched to your inquiry using the contact method(s) and for the purpose(s) described in the disclosure presented to you at the time of submission. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

If you wish to withdraw consent to future contact, you should contact the specific Buyer(s) who reached out to you directly, as OLM does not control Buyers' independent marketing systems once a lead is delivered. You may also contact us using the details in Section 14, and we will make reasonable efforts to flag your request to the relevant Buyer(s).

6Cookies & tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, attribute leads to the correct Publisher, measure campaign performance, and serve relevant advertising. Categories include:

TypePurpose
EssentialRequired for the site and portal to function, including session management and security
Attribution & analyticsTracks which Publisher and campaign a lead originated from, and how visitors use the site
AdvertisingUsed to measure ad performance and, where permitted, deliver relevant advertising

Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality, including lead attribution and portal login.

7Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations;
  • Opt out of the sale or "sharing" of personal information, and of targeted advertising, where applicable;
  • Withdraw previously given consent to be contacted, as described in Section 5.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 14. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Publisher account holders may also update most account information directly within the portal.

8State-specific privacy rights

Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and others with comprehensive privacy laws) may have additional rights, such as the right to appeal a denied request or to designate an authorized agent. We do not discriminate against individuals who exercise their privacy rights.

For California residents specifically: in the preceding 12 months, we may have disclosed the categories of personal information described in Section 2 to Buyers and service providers as described in Section 4. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA in exchange for money, though certain advertising-related sharing may be considered a "sale" or "share" under California law — you may opt out of this as described in Section 7.

9Data security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor security review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Data retention

We retain consumer lead data, consent records, and related compliance documentation for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, satisfy legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements (including TCPA-related recordkeeping), and resolve disputes. Publisher account data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for financial and legal recordkeeping.

11Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

12International users

The Services are intended for use by consumers and Publishers located in the United States and are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and, where changes are material, provide additional notice as required by law.
